What are the terms of the Return/Exchange Policy?

 -Customers can exchange/return their order within 15 days after an order has been delivered.

 -In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.

 -Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at care.whatthef@gmail.com and we will get back to you.

 -If you have to return or exchange anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted for this.   How does the Return/Exchange process work?

If you wish to return any product, please inform the What The F...team at care.whatthef@gmail.com or you can call us on 91-9811133691. Once a return request is authorized and approved from our end, please ship the product to us.  All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and send it safely to our office at the below mentioned address -

We will replace / refund the product or the product cost within 2 - 4 working days of the receipt of the product. We will refund the amount in terms of store credit. We will also refund the shipping costs borne by you (upto Rs. 100) to send the product back against a valid invoice copy.

How do I self-ship the products?

Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
